On lookers and news media said the rainbow appeared shortly after the day of viewing was drawn to a closing. It appeared over many public buildings and across the sky in royal colors just as a rainbow is.

IT IS SO IRONIC, BECAUSE AS I HEARD 'RAINBOW' MENTIONED IN A FEW OF THE SPEECHES AT HIS MEMORIAL, I THOUGHT OF HOW MANY OF THE PEOPLE IN THE RAIN OUT THERE COULD BE THINKING ABOUT RAIN, AND A RAINBOW GO TO GATHER AND FOUND COMFORT IN BEING OUT THERE IN THE RAIN. (SMILE)
