TRAIN WRECKS SLUM HOMES IN KENYA
YOUR WORLD NEWS
DECEMBER 2013
DAY 22
Nairobi, Kenya
A cargo train accident wrecked with its cargo destroying close by slum homes. At least 10 people were injured as a pile up of the train cargo swooped down the slum homes of those living nearby the tracks. The cargo of heavy cranes tipped over and smashed down homes. According to news sources many people were not home when the accident occurred which is possibly why no fatalities were reported, although some were trapped inside waiting for rescue. Many of the homes destroyed may or may not rebuilt. The homes were said to be in a poor part of the city villages and many people were away at church when the accident happened.

I'm so glad most weren't home when the accident happened or it could have been a much more disastrous outcome.
