Engagement Video: Surprise Proposal…They Got Her Good { Black and Married With Kids.com }

In addition to sharing wedding videos on BMWK, we love a good engagement video. We love to show the world that yes… we do get married. (Stop believing those hyped up statistics and those stereotypes about us not being able to have loving relationships with each other!)
Our first engagement video of 2014, shows the proposal of Stephen Carpenter to Tanikia Thompson. Tanikia (Nikki) is a blogger with the popular site Nikki and The City. With the help of family and friends, Stephen was able to pull off a surprise proposal on January 4, 2014. How’d they do it? Well, Nikki’s best friend (a fellow blogger) told her that they were going to an event that actress Nia Long would also be attending. Well since Nia Long is one of Nikki’s absolute favorite people, she fell for it hook, line, and sinker. Little did she know that when she arrived at her BFFs house on the day of the event, her life would be changed forever.
