Well....
If you enjoy mailing letters you'll find that 46 cents stamp is no longer the price to get that letter sent. The post rate went up to 49 cents on Sunday, January 26, 2014. This current increase is still based on the struggling postal services faces to stay in business and to meet it's budget woes. However, if you were smart in purchasing your "Forever" stamps you're in good company you'll be able to still send that letter with stamps that stay Forever. The three cents stamps can be purchased if you have an existing package of stamps to make up the difference of the 46 cent stamp. So, you e-mail on line, or go stand in line at the postal office and pay 49.
