THE SUN FOR LOVERS
A love poem
At first sight
the day for lovers
had come.

Miisrael!

There was sun rising
with tinted pinks and
hues of red.

Hearts of the day would
welcome love.
Gifts of chocolates and
proposals due.
Flowers of roses in
every hue.

Commitments made
with diamonds and pearls.
Ring bearers carry rings in
hands to those to be wed.
And the sun of "I dos "
said.

And the day of lovers is
aligned with the sun,
romances of couples
warmed hearts and
heated some.

It's not alone for lovers true,
as true love in men hearts
counted too.

The sun for lovers
shines bright in souls of hearts of the kind.
And puts in light in proper places of the mind.

Obsequious lovers
call out love to the Son
