President of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta has signed in law approving and legalizing Polygamy in the country of Kenya. Basics of the law will require that the bride must be 18 years of age. The man does not have to have permission to take another wife from his present or first wife; or wives and there is no limit to number of wives he can have. The marriage must be registered the marriage must be between a man and a woman, with one provision permitting an older infertile women to marry a younger woman; and lastly the spouses will inherit 50% of the husband's property. The new law brings back the customary laws of multiple spouses. Spouse under the old custom only received 30% of he husband's properties.
However, many Christians do not agree with the new law legalizing polygamy saying it is against their moral and civil law of God that a man should have only one wife. In addition, many first spouses of MP's did not agree with dismissing their approval of taking another spouse without their permission. Also the pay bride ban was not dropped, but the 18 year age requirement remains with the law.
Q-Q
"Trouble waters might stir for a man with too many of good wives..."
I really think so.

I hear that! If he's going to take another wife, the first wife needs to know about it. Also the increase from 30% to 50% is an improvement as well as the wives need to be 18 at least.
