Report Released on FLight MH370: Officials Waited 4 Hours to Launch Rescue

Malaysia Airlines releases report into MH370: Cargo manifest, seating plan, audio recordings between cockpit and air traffic control, as well as airline's response published for the first time. On the night that Malaysia Flight 370 disappeared, officials didn't notice for 17 minutes that it had gone off radar -- and didn't activate an official rescue operation for four hours.
