That law that lightning doesn't strike twice in the same place has been proven it's just not true. During a heavy thunderstorm on Friday, May 23, 2014 showed that lightning was enjoying every strike at the steeple of the World Trade Center. Many professional and amateur photographers got their photo shoot of lightning taking numerous strikes lashing out on the tall steeple point. Many also awed and amazed looked on. No one was injured, but the steeple who may didn't feel a thing.
