SWAGG THE MINI SKIRT
No way has the mini skirt faded into glory! In fact, you will soon; if not already see the short skirt, and-- or dress raising eyebrows as women are flowing back to the short skirt, or dress. The skirt caused such a ruckus in the 1960's, survived with hot pants, and followed by a micro-mini and then the retro of the mini skirt still hangs on in the fashionable world.
New styles of the mini are coming in this summer and those legs will and hips might catch the Swagger's eyes. Who will be wearing the mini? Well fashion experts claim it'll be women of all ages and cultures and that mini skirt will definitely SWAGG attention. However, in some places of cultures the mini-skirts will be "hemmed" up for a battle!!
