If you've recently baked a ham and had leftovers, or you just want a fast ham soup recipe this one only takes a few minutes of your time.

Ready?

INGREDIENTS:

Ham
Left over ham, or you can buy ham chunks from the grocery store.

1 can of Kidney Beans

1 can of whole, or diced tomato with juice

2 potatoes, or canned diced cubed potatoes

1 can of tomato sauce

Onion

Bell pepper

Seasonings
Parsley flakes, Italian Seasonings, Basil, Salt, pepper.

In your boiling pot, put in 3 to 4 cups of water, add ham, kidney beans, potatoes, and tomatoes and stir in can of tomato sauce as soup starts to warm. Cook a medium heat. Add onion, sliced bell pepper; and your seasonings to taste.
FYI: Ham is naturally cured with salt, so do overdo on the added salt!!!

Cook until nice and tender by testing firmness of your potatoes.

Serve that soup hot!
Bake some cornbread muffins ahead of time; or during the soup's cooking!

MMMMmmmm

It's Soup

Okay, get to cooking.
