June 2014
Minnesota

Downpour of rains from Friday, June 20, 2014 covered over the State of Minnesota causing drenching rains to flood local rivers, lakes and streams. Many towns in the State are now battling with high rising waterways such as the Crow and Mississippi Rivers. The accessed water has many residents scrambling for higher ground and walking in deep high waters. Reports claim also that mudslides occurred on Thursday, June 19, 2014 near the University of Minnesota caused a deep glob all over. The National guard is working across the state to set up levees to help kindle down flood waters, but rising waters are to finish their run and that may take several days. A tornado also gripped over Minnesota destroying trees which slammed into residents knocking out power.
