Arthur has been predicted to find a full strength writing of rain and thunderstorms over the United States East Coast. The mass storm has threats of becoming a hurricane may pour down no fireworks, but rain works and howling hurricane winds. Weather experts are calling for major arrival on Friday, July 4, 2014 for those states on the East Coast. However, with constant watching they are hopeful Arthur will downsize his manuscript to only a few rain drops instead. The expected rain is over 4 to five inches of rain and causing any fireworks to fizzle out. Updates on Arthur's location is steadily being watched.
