Do you cope with this or tell them straight? I say if you can smell yourself, you know others can too. However, I have met a young lady that knew about her underarms smell that was always "musty" I recommended that she washed under her arms several times a day, and apply decorate the same manner. Over the years, I think she outgrown her problem, or she found a underarm protectant that really worked.
Last time I saw her she didn't smell at all.
