Swedish civilians will testify that the rainy weather was in control on Sunday, August 31, 2014. The heavy downpour left the capital and other cities drowning. In the lesser wetness, however cars and motorists were stranded with more a floatilla. Rescuers and firefighters help aid many motorists from drowning and drowning cars. The overnight rain dropped 4.7 inches of rain in 3 hours. That was just enough to flood traffic and homes. When the rains ceased, clean up began.
