The mid western states were tossed in wet weather as rains filled their streets with flooding. Heavy rain storms caused bad weather blues in Phoenix with high trail waters bubbling over. All across Arizona in many areas the rains caused major flooding. At least two people perished due to the rainy storms conditions. As major rains also caused havoc to traffic sending cars floating like boats. The rains begin on Monday and continued thru Tuesday, September 09, 2014, but finally ending but not without leaving buckets of waters left to bail. Many of Arizona's relief efforts have begun to salvage.
