The lengthy trial of Oscar Pistorious has the sentence of being found with a not guilty verdict. The judge, Thokozile Maspia who gave a lengthy reading sentence made the decision based on evasive evidence. However, she did make note that there was "negligent" behavior according to Pistorious behavior. One being that she quoted: " acted too hastily and used excessive force." relating to the firing of firearms four times killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp. Since the judge considered him negligent it may raise his conviction to manslaughter. The emotional Pistorius showed signs of tearing up as the judge criticized him for his conduct on the night of the killing. After months of questioning Pistorius on what happened, many times his story had sighted discretion. News of his trial spread world wide of the athlete known as "The Blade Runner" who used special running gear to participate in Olympic winning running races. He is running free in the charges of murder.
