It was spectacular!!! I watched her just fade away into darkness.... I had a group of about 15 kids in complete awe just looking at the moon using my binoculars and telescope.... I think I enjoyed their learning experience than mines... Eager little minds wanting to explore... I missed my calling... Teaching science....

But on the real... I ain't got time for the bad azz kids!! Just give me the eager little ones....

Steve, I love this poetic expression.
It's written much like an Haicu?
Is it?

Miisrael, maybe subconciously. I was just thinking how to descibe what I was seeing. I was in the field behind my house and I had to keep moving because the moon was going down behind the trees. I had it lined up with the last gap in the trees, the sky was getting brighter, and just as it reached the full eclipse it disappeared from view.

I wish I could write a poem about the fireflies. I was looking out over this same field in the evening the day after Irma died. A great multitude of fireflies was alighting from the grass and rising into the twilit sky. I thought of Irma, a beutiful creature of light, ascending to heaven.

Just start it off and critique as you write down the words. It often works for me slowly it'll develop.

I reckon so?
