During a festival of music a public concert had tragedies of at least 14 people according to news sources. At least 700 people attending a concert gathered but with the crowd control out of hand many climbed onto the venelation grate platform which gave way to an underground parking garage. The weight of the people caused a collaspe of the grate platform and resulted in killing 14 persons. In addition, many injuries were reported. The crowd was attending a free public concert being held at Panyo Techno Valley and featured a performance by a popular girl group 4Minute. Investigations of the construction is being examined as the site is in need of further repairs.
