A historic iconic statue has a disappearance act and is missing. The famous icon {pictured} sat in the roundabout in Tripoli was discovered missing on Tuesday, November 04, 2014. Many are specualating the statue was taken down by Isalmist militias. No clue of the stature disappearance is known. The statue did suffer some damages earlier by a missle which puntured a hole in the abdomen area. The people of Libya are shocked that someone or some group would take down the entire stature since its history dates back to a period since Italian Colonial rule. Locals have called the once visable figure the "Gazelle roundabout."
