We don't need Black History
What about Morgan Freeman; do we need Black History? There is a movement in the United States to take color out of the history books. In the future, there will be no designation that black people did anything toward the making of this country. They also want to leave out of the books anything that makes the U S. look bad so the murdering of the indigenous people and the selling of human beings would also be left out. What kind of history is that when the while picture is distorted and lie after lie is perpetuated through omission? It is bad enough that for the most part, African Americans only get about a page in Early American History and the Native People get only a paragraph about the five 'civilized' tribes. Nothing about the millions of other Natives who met the boat.

These are powerful words and I agree, with these words which in other words is called whitewashing America's pasted.
