Can you put that treasure up in heaven for me?
Cause...it's where I want to be.
I did the things you said.
I shared by bread...with the hungry.
I sent a card to someone lonely.
Can you put that treasure in heaven for me?
I mentored to someone distraught.
I taught a little one what he should naught.
Can you put that treasure up in heaven for me?
I gave shelter to someone without a home.
And money to a lady that was stranded all alone.
Can you put that treasure up in heaven for me?
Cause...it's where I want to be.
I cannot thank you enough
I don't deserve as much.
I find so much pleasure in such a treasure
that you've given me.
Now, I can share my cup of tea
With my friends and family.
I can tell them how good you've been to me!
But most of all, Lord...
Please put that treasure up in heaven for me.
Cause...It's really where I want to be...
