YOUR WORLD NEWS
DAY 17, 2014
DECEMBER

For a big look at a huge package you'll look at the world's largest vessel.

The largest vessel is undergoing construction measures the length longer than the Empire State Building or the Eiffel Tower. This is the Shell Oil's Company hugo shipped named Prelude. The ship measures 488 m long. Your read that exactly right....and it's purpose when it's finished will of course-- be used in resources of oil and gas transports. In addition, it's multi-tasks will include it being the largest LNG plant that floats. The ship is designed to hold tons of cargo and has a helicopter pad and control quarters. The large ship is presently sitting at bay in the shipyard of Geoje Island in South Korea. You wouldn't miss it as it is painted a bright red. Officials note that the Floating Liquidfied Natural Gas Project is somewhat an experiment, and hopefully it will be successful though there may be risks. Day of completion may take several more years.
