In celebrating Kwanzaa the candles are lit on a Kinara. The third green candle is represented with the interest of faith.

Today: IMANI

Imani means faith.

Strong cultured families may also display their acts of faith in their spiritual connections with God. Some families may give or share testimonies of faith.

PRINCIPLE IMANI-FAITH.BLACK PEOPLE ARE SPIRITUALLY ENSLAVED...

MIISRAEL Bride Tuesday, December 30th 2014 at 6:33PM

Mr. Brown:
Either you have an issue with faith, or is an issue with what you have considered spiritual?

Whatever it may be to you I cannot cure or heal or even attempt to analyze your own opinion.
Therefore, you are entitled to your opinion as I respect it is your own to consider.

I feel anyone enslaved by the True God's spirit is highly blessed this because God has all power to deliver a soul's freedom.

Yet you seem to have spoken for all Black people and anything spiritual to a person is with their own personal inner spirit with God. To say Black people are spiritually enslaved is what I call illogical thinking.

However, I respect it how you feel about the principle of faith. Such a vague statement-- I have no answer, but to say it's how you view faith within your own self.

Faith comes in many forms but it is always a positive outlook on life. Keep the faith baby!
