A massive fire leases 500 displaced as it burned up 240 apartments in Edgewater, NJ on Wednesday, January 21, 2015. Residents were left without homes as they watched the torrid blazes burn everything to a crisp. News sources also reported than an additional 520 residents were also effected by the burning inferno. Two firefighters and two residents were said to have suffered minor injuries, and some pets perished. The fire begin around 4:30 p.m. and the amazing flames took flight with higher heights blazing up over four hours at the Avalon at Edgewater. One of it's worst fires called 200 firefighters to battle the blaze. Floors crumbled and burned, but finally the fire leases was gone out.
