The change needed in the Black communities and the police departments.
The change needed between the Black communities and the police department is not to have the White policemen coming into contact with the people.
Right now every 28 hours a White police man killings a Black man. Statistic shows that Black men are killed by White police men 21 more times than a White person killed by White police. We also know that no White people are killed by Black police man.
The immediate solution, but not the permanent solution is to arrange it in such a way that the White police man working in Black communities do not enter act with the people in the communities. This arrangement will ensure that Black LIVES MATTER and that more Black men would be alive today!
