Black Americans are led to believe that White police men needs NEW training policing the Black communities!

There is no such training that can equip a White police to police a Black community. 

The word INNATE/INBORN is what is necessary for the White police and that is not possible because the White police would have had to be born Black.

At present the only solution is that Black police men must police the Black communities.  What is inborn in all Black Americans is the same. What is inborn in all White Americans is also the same.

Inborn is hereditary and the Black and White Americans heredity is different because we are racially different people.

Our only permanent solution is to renounce your Christian and Islamic belief and come follow me since God gave me the honors of leading us our of White America and into our own sovereign country with our own religion and our own belief in the same God that anointed the White Jewish Jesus and the Arab Mohammed.
