FLOODING WATERS RAGE. . .
Heavy Flash Flooding has caused woes to citizens in Oklahoma and Texas. At least 12 people are missing and three have perished as a result of heavy rains with flooding. Reports of raging waters has disrupted lives with homes and property being covered with deep sweeping waters. In San Marcos, Texas heavy moving waters caused immediate evacuation of residents. At least 400 homes are destroyed by flood waters in surrounding areas of Texas. With drenching waters continuing more rain in the forecast for both Texas and Oklahoma cities. Severe thunderstorms continue in effect on the already flooding places. More evacuations may be made in order to save lives.
