Mr. Culpepper said everything White America does affects Black Americans! He is right, but still foolish!

Mr. Culpepper said everything White America does affects Black Americans, but what Black Americans do does not affect White Americans. He is absolutely RIGHT!  He concludes that Black Americans must talk to and maintain a subservient relationship with White America.  

This is what I call a mentality left over from the days of plantation slavery! Mr. Culpepper is very ignorant and stupid!

Mr. Culpepper’s strategy should want to get out of such a subservient situation into having his own, but instead this man wants to continue to want to follow behind White America.  Mr. Culpepper is extremely ignorant!
