Cairo pledged it's goodbyes to astounding actor Omar Sharif who departed his life on July 10, 2015 with a heart attack.  Sharif was also a sufferer of Alzheimers.   Funeral services were held for the renouned actor as many paid their tribute to his passing in Cairo.   

Shariff is well known for his flambouyant voice and unique acting style.  His most notable movies included Lawrence of Arabia and Dr. Zhivago. His career in movies are countless with many small and cameo roles.  Shariff was born Michel Shalhoub in 1932.  Renamed for his role as a actor Shariff started an early career of acting in the 1950's.  His acting career never stopped with his famous roles and challenging characters.    He was 83 years old.
