FACT CHECK; politically speaking was the 14th Amendment Black America’s first gain in White society?

If it wasn’t the 14th Amendment then was it Dr. King’s affirmative action?
White America’s political system has never and can ever help Black America’s. Black Americans must have our own.
The day is soon coming that Black Americans will be parting ways with White America. Therefore, our participation in White America’ political system must come to a stop, the sooner the better!
I have nothing against White America as much as I want to have my own. To have my own I would have to abandon everything that White America gave our ancestors.
