Pope Francis made a most memorable stop in Kenya on Thanksgiving 2015. Instead of visiting the upscale community of Kenya, he took to going where the poor residents lived in the slums. Many of residents of the slums dressed in colorful clothing greet the Pope with opened arms. They were agreeable and delighted to welcome the Pope. As leaders of Kenya gave tour routes for the Pope, the people of the areas embraced the thoughfulness and kindness of the Pope's visit. Men, women and children waved and sang songs in Swahili. In the Pope's speech he slandered the rich and elite for their neglecting it's poor and poverity and suggested changes to be made that give more concerns of their needs.

but, the poor cheered of his caring!
