I am asking this question because it is said that in the Book of Deuteronomy God was talking to the Black American slaves!

Could God have been talking to Black Americans in the Book of Deuteronomy cp. 28 4,000 years ago when the African slaves brought no luggage in bowls of the slaves-ships with them? HELL NO!!
