The Bible and the Quran are like car manuals! The manual to a Honda can not apply to a Mercedes Benzes!

Therefore, you would not use the Quran of the Arabian people to Black Americans. Likewise, you would apply the Caucasian Jewish Bible to Black Americans either.
Why? Because Black Americans are racially different from the Caucasian Jewish people in the Bible and racially different from the Arabian people in the Quran.

Black Americans have our own manual to use. Our manual is named LIFE after our own religion! Once God has anointed a prophet to Black Americans then Black Americans become eligible for our manual.
