The large gold stature of Chinese Communist leader and founder Mao Zedong is among one of several para-mounted mountings that is falling down. Actually, the large gold stature of Mao is being demolished. News media are not giving full details as of a true reason for its demolition, but indicated that its cause to fall down is due to the lacking in cultural management's approval. The cost of the demolition is supported by private donations of entrepreneurs ranging in the amount of $460,000 dollars. The demolition began during the first week of January 2016. Mixed emotions of this demolition spread with each individual since there are some who feel loyal in worship to Mao. However, there are others who blame much of China's hardship and perceptions of living under his rule were a pleasant relief to changing China's government. Building of Mao temples are not permitted by the Chinese Central Government. Mao died in 1976.
