Question! Do Black Americans have a home land? Or do the White Biblical Jewish people have a homeland?

It is obvious that Black Americans do not have a homeland, but that the Biblical Jewish people has a homeland due to the efforts of Pres. Harry Truman encouraging the United Nations in 1948 to create a homeland for these people in the middle east after World War II.
At the same time Black Americans fought in World War II to free the Biblical Jewish people while Black Americans were still in the country of White America as we are today!
