If you truly want God's guidance why would you be jealous if God uses someone else to bring you that guidance?
I remember how I felt long before I was anointed when Solomon asked God for knowledge, wisdom, and understanding. Because Solomon did not ask for riches since he wanted to be an upright ruler to his people God was so please that God granted him riches as well.
So, when I ask God for the same because to me being wrong was not an option God asked me would it make a difference who may give me knowledge, wisdom, and understanding. My reply was it would make a difference to me. Believe me, I was tested a couple of times. I met some strange people on the New York subways that most people would turn their backs without listening to anything they may say or something they would show you. But because I am such a curious person I allowed them to engage me and I was blown away by some of the things they said to me. When the train came the person went one way and I went another way and I never seen them again.
I know when I am hearing nonsense and when I am not! But first I must honestly allow myself to hear it! Truth of any kind I have never rejected. If I had to adjusts what I previously was working with it was no problem to me to make the adjustment.
For example, if I was a starch believer that the Jewish Jesus was my Lord and Savior and someone came along and told me something I did not know that prophets are racially different and I can immediately attest to that as true there would be no problems for me to make the adjustment!
