Are police in Black communities there to smother and control Blacks or to serve and protect Blacks?

Is it that more Blacks are in prison because there is more crimes in Black communities? White people say that is the reason why more Blacks are in prison than Whites?

I believe that since Blacks have absolutely no control over their destiny from birth to death the circumstances Blacks live under is created by Whites.

Therefore, I am absolutely convinced that if Blacks were a sovereign people in our own country Black Americans will not have the problems we now have dealings with White people!
