DNC TO SHOW HILLARY CLINTON'S LIFELONG FIGHT TO BREAK DOWN BARRIERS FOR VULNERABLE CHILDREN

Philadelphia, PA – Tonight, the Democratic National Convention Committee will release a new video called, “Eagle Academy.”  In 2004, David Banks realized that young men of color in his community were too likely to find themselves in the criminal justice system, without a clear path to success. When he worked with a group of community members to find a solution, they knew they needed an advocate to fight for their ideas. They found that advocate in their U.S. Senator, Hillary Clinton. From there, The Eagle Academy was born and found its success.

“Senator Clinton got it from day one,” now Eagle Academy principal David Banks says in the video. “She recognized how important it was to try a level of innovation in the public schools, because if it were not for Senator Clinton, The Eagle Academy would never have gotten off the ground.”

Kelly Sanchez, a mother of an Eagle Academy student, says, “With her, you get results. People talk about doing stuff, and you never see the results. Especially people like us in neighborhoods that people seem to forget about.” She adds, “Hillary was one of the few that came through the neighborhood, came into our schools, and actually came through with what she promised to do.”

Tonight’s video “Eagle Academy” will offer a small window into how Hillary spent her life fighting to break down barriers and build ladders of opportunity. She has continually fought to break the school to prison pipeline, to ensure every child, no matter their zip code, can reach his or her own God-given potential. Today, there are six Eagle Academy schools across New York with more than 2,000 students enrolled with a high school graduation rate at 83 percent.

Ms. Grant,

Sec. Hillary Clinton along with her husband Pres. Bill Clinton is responsible for incarcerating a generation of Black Americans because of his 1994 crime bill that the organization Black Lives Matter is all about. Her answer to this tragedy is that she is sorry.

The Eagle Academy that you praise Mrs. Clinton for is nothing more than deceiving you. Black America's only only permanent solution is that we must desire to become a sovereign people in a country of our own to decide our own destiny without the influence of White American people! That is the way to go. And, our sovereignty is going to happen.

Our country is going to consist of the territory from the northern borders of North Carolina into the Gulf of Mexico and from the middle of the Mississippi River into the Atlantic Ocean. This is the territory Black Americans a NEW race of people were brought into existence when the old White slave masters bred themselves starting with the first wave of African slaves for 300 years until Pres. Lincoln outlawed plantation slavery. By that time a new race of people were in existence that had never been in existence before.
