How did Black Americans become Democrats?
When the migration era started that Black Americans came north and went west Black Americans were taught how to dress in public and advised by the local Black newspapers and politicians Blacks always vote Democrat. It does not matter if the Democratic policy is not benefiting Blacks; Blacks are still to vote Democrat!
