The nation of Ghana celebrates it's 60th years today March 06, 2017. The country will mark 60 years of being separated from the British since 1957. Thousands will celebrate in honoring this holiday with public speeches by local and their nation's politicians. President of Ghana Nana-Akufo Addo also scheduled to take a national salute to solidarity with a speech to the nation's people. During the celebration the President will light a perpetual torch in the remembrance of brave soldiers, and the many that contributed to the freedom of it's nation of Ghana. In addition, there will be a parade where thousands attend and a military salute to mark the holiday festivities.
