God gave man 51% the will to do good at the same time God gave man 49% the will to do evil!
Notice that man has the advantage over the will to do evil by 1%. 1% is not very much, but it is enough to win over the will to do evil/the will to do to others what you would not want done to you.
An example of this 51% versus 49% was the story of Job. The 1% that Job had over the devil that no matter how many times the devil attacks Job, Job nevertheless relied on his natural 1% will to do good! Eventually, the devil left him alone which proves that Job was truly a good man.
