From the beginning of recorded time Caucasian European people no doubt are smarter than the African people. The African people were colonized by White people, but African people have never colonized White people. The Caucasian European people contained the Native American Indians on reservations, but no Native American Indians has ever had White people on reservations.
I think I’ve made my point that the Caucasian European people has always been smarter than the Africans and the Native American Indians only because the Caucasian European people used their brain a lot more than the Africans and the Native American Indians did!
