Initial assessments and screening can provide powerful opportunities to identify whole health needs and individuals' preferences concerning services and coordination of care. Done well, they can help create a positive tone and establish upfront the values of individual engagement, empowerment, choice, and recovery. This webinar draws on the presenters' practical, first-hand experience with recovery-oriented screening, intake, and monitoring processes and how they benefit both the person using services and the recovery support services team. This webinar will present:

•How to design intentional and welcoming programs that incorporate recovery-oriented perspectives
