President Trump delivered a statement on infrastructure policy. Afterward, he answered questions from reporters on the violence in Charlottesville, Virginia, the previous weekend. When asked why he waited two days to condemn specifically white supremacist groups and Nazis, he responded “before I make a statement, I like to know the facts.” He also criticized so-called alt-left groups and said there was “blame on both sides”

He had Mick Mulvaney, Steve Mnuchin, and Elaine Chao there and not one of them got a question. What an absolutely USELESS bunch of people the press pool is.
