Black Americans and White Americans cannot have the same flag and anthem because of racial differences!
The United States flag and anthem absolutely and 100% solely belongs to White Americans. White Americans are responsible for design in designing the flag and anthem.
It is a fact that when two different races of people as in the case of Black Americans and White Americans having the same flag and anthem one race is superior (Whites) and the other race is inferior (Black Americans).
Black Americans have reached the threshold of becoming a sovereign people in a country of our own that we would have our own flag and anthem. A country of our own is the only permanent solution!
The process has already started to make Black Americans a sovereign people in a country of our own.
