Having one without the other is obvious the person is out of balance. Some of you are honest, but you have no intelligence and therefore you are a fool. A fool is someone other people take advantage of!
Now, some of you are intelligent, but you are dishonest and this makes you a thief, liar and a scoundrel. You are the kind of person that will take advantage of a fool.
However, if you have both honesty and intelligence you are balanced. A very, very few of you have both.
When you practice honesty and using your intelligence God is duty-bound to increase your honesty and intelligence as you live and this contributes to your success and no disability.
