North and South Carolina according to my prophecy is included as becoming Black America’s country!

Here is the question. Hurricane Florence flooded at record high North and South Carolina could we do a better job than what we are actually witnessing White people and the Trump administration especially since they’ll be all Black Americans involved and no White people or people of another race unless we ask for their help; can we do a much better job than what we are seeing being presently done?
