The Parent Educator is responsible for providing technical assistance to parents of children with disabilities/special healthcare needs and professionals through one-on-one individualized technical assistance (i.e. telephone, mail, and email) and workshops/training.

AND

The Public Health Intern is responsible for providing support to the Executive Director and Healthcare Team in ensuring the continuity, fidelity, and implementation of PPMD’s healthcare programs. Support may come in the form of providing technical assistance to parents of children with special healthcare needs and professionals through one-on-one individualized technical assistance (i.e. telephone, mail, and email), outreach and workshops/training.
