The principal functions of all human DNA is the same only because of the compatibility across racial lines, but not the same otherwise! humanity would be one race or the same race, but we are not since we have people of mix parents.
If there weren’t any differences in DNA whether you are African or Jewish why then are there clear signs that the infant is neither an African or Jewish but instead a hybrid?
All cars principally functions the same and that is to get you from point A to point B, but there is clearly a difference between a Chevrolet and a Ford!
