problems! Unfortunately, that part of the brain for Black Americans is dead because of slavery and for that reason is why White America referred to the Black American slaves as 3/5 of a person because 2/5 of the Black American brain was destroyed due to plantation slavery.

Because Black Americans wine and complains about White American people constantly since whining and complaining replaces solving problems planning and being proactive is the 2/5 part of the brain that is dead.
White America was not wrong referring to Black Americans as 3/5 of a person because 2/5 is dead due to plantation slavery caused by white American slave masters.
